On October 24th, 2007, Korean Nuclear Society held a spring meeting. One of the programs was a seminar entitled "International Cooperation for the Peaceful Use of Nuclear Power in Asia". The seminar invited speakers from Indonesia (Dr. Ferhat Azis, general secretary of Indonesian Nuclear Society), Dr. Chainarong (President of Nuclear Scociety of Thailand) and Prof. (Vietnam Nuclear Society). Besides, there were also speaker from Korea, i.e KIRAMS and KAERI.
